LEVESTER MYERS WANTED FOR MURDER
(8/11/2006) NEW HAVEN – Police are looking for Levester Myers in connection with the murder of Adriene Myers. The incident occurred at 461Whalley Avenue on 8 August 2006.
Detective Reginald Sutton, working with Detective Michael Quinn and Detective Martin Dadio, has secured a warrant for the charge of murder, along with a bond of $2 million, for Myers. Myers’ last known address is 461 Whalley Avenue, but he was not living there at the time of the incident.
Sergeant Kevin Costin, of the department’s Investigative Services Unit, praised the detectives for their efforts this week. “Myers is a dangerous man with a long history of violent behavior. Our detectives have worked extremely hard this week on this investigation. I’m confident that we will arrest Myers soon.”
